Many of our customers add slices of lemon to enhance the water flavor and some even use essential oils. In doing so, however, we just recommend that you clean your DYLN Bottle more often as it is designed to be just used with filtered or purified water. If you want to play it safe, you can alkalize water in the DYLN Bottle then move it to a different container and add the essential oils there.
Water that is alkalized in the DYLN Bottle will remain alkaline for up to 3 days after being moved to a different container.
