  If one item is on pre-order, when will my package ship?
  Please note that if your order contains an item that is currently on pre-order, your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. If you need part of your order that is currently available, we recommend to place a separate order for more immediate shipping.
• Does the DYLN Bottle filter water? + -
  The DYLN Bottle was designed and developed to enhance water by increasing the pH and reducing the ORP to create alkaline antioxidant water. Since the Bottle does not filter water, we recommend using filtered or purified water with your DYLN Bottle.
• What are the VitaBeads? + -
  The VitaBeads are formulated to naturally enhance and revitalize your water. They are a proprietary blend of all-natural minerals that increases the pH and decreases the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) to create alkaline and antioxidant water for more effective hydration. The proprietary blend is composed of magnesium, tourmaline, zinc, and silica, which are heated to temperatures over 700 degrees Celsius to create the form and shape of the VitaBeads. They are then housed in the same 316 surgical-grade stainless steel as the interior of the Insulated DYLN Bottle.
• How long does each VitaBead Diffuser last? + -
  Each VitaBead Diffuser is designed to alkalize 300 liters of water, which for most people is around 3-4 months. The best way to keep track is by registering your bottle here. That way you will be sent an automatic reminder email when it is nearing time to replace your Diffuser.
• How long does it take to alkalize the water and how high does the pH increase? + -

  The DYLN Bottle will start alkalizing the water immediately, and it typically takes approximately 20 minutes for the water to reach an optimal level of over 8.5 pH. The VitaBeads are formulated for the pH to level at around 9.5 pH, depending upon the source water.

• What is included with each DYLN Bottle order? + -
  Each DYLN Bottle purchase includes one VitaBead Diffuser and one Diffuser Removal Tool.

• Bottle registration + -

  Registering your DYLN Bottle is the best way to keep track of your refills so you'll know when to replace your VitaBead Diffuser. Our system will automatically send you an email reminder 2 weeks before it's time to change your Diffuser.

  When registering a new DYLN Bottle, you'll be asked to enter the following:

  Bottle Code: The bottle code is a 4 digit code that can be found laser engraved on the bottom of your bottle. It is directly above the indicated Bottle volume size.
  Bottle Color: Easy enough, you'll select the color of your DYLN Bottle. 
  Bottle Nickname: The bottle nickname can be anything you want! Some of the favorites that we've seen include Alky, Flounder, and Chillin DYLN.  
  Usage: You'll enter some estimated usage details for how often you plan on using your bottle such as how many days per week and how many refills per day you normally consume. Don't worry, that info can be edited or updated at any time. 

  How Do I Register My DYLN Bottle?

  Simply navigate to www.dyln.co/register (or click here) and log in, or to set up a new account. Then follow the instructions from there. If you purchased the bottle yourself we highly recommend logging in with the email you used when you placed the order. 

• DYLN subscription + -
  With your DYLN account you can subscribe for recurring Diffuser delivery at the frequency of your choosing, whether it be every few weeks or months. This way, you have worry-free orders that will arrive just when it's about time to replace your Diffuser. In case you need to skip a delivery don't worry, you can easily manage that in your account as well. The best part is that you get them at a special rate!

Use and Care

• Activating the DYLN Diffuser + -

  

  
  

  Before first use we recommend removing the VitaBead Diffuser and rinsing it for 20 seconds. Then soak it in warm water for 20 minutes, followed by letting it air dry completely overnight. Wash the bottle separately with warm water and plant-based soap if desired. Once dry, insert the Diffuser back into the bottle and you're ready to go!

  Please Note: Because of the living Nature of the VitaBeads, there will be pressure buildup within the DYLN Bottle. You may receive an occasional refreshing mist of water while opening. During the first two weeks of use, be sure to loosen the cap every few hours to release the pressure. Repeat these instructions each time you replace with a new Diffuser.

• What kind of water can I use with my DYLN? + -
  We recommend only using purified or filtered water since the VitaBead Diffuser does not filter water. However, any water you consider safe to drink, you may use with the DYLN Bottle. For example, your tap water quality may be a different drinkable standard quality depending on where you live. The DYLN Bottle will enhance any water you add to it, however, it will not filter water.
  
  As for water temperature, we do not recommend using hot or boiling water as it will decrease the lifespan of the VitaBeads. Using warm, room temperature or cold water is fine. 
• How do I know when to replace my Diffuser? + -
  The easiest way to know when to replace your Diffuser is by registering your DYLN Bottle here. Once registered, we will send you an email reminder when it's nearing time to replace your Diffuser.
• Removing and inserting the VitaBead Diffuser + -

  

  *Please note: There are two outward 'dots' on the outside of the Diffuser, which the Tool will grab onto. These Dots are at the TOP of your Diffuser and should attach to the Tool. Please ensure you correctly insert the Diffuser into your Tool before reinstalling the Diffuser in your DYLN Bottle. 

• How to clean the DYLN Bottle? + -

  To clean your DYLN Bottle, first remove the Diffuser from your bottle. The inside of the bottle and the cap can be cleaned warm soapy water—preferably plant-based soap. Let the bottle and cap air dry for the best results before using again.

  Handwash the Diffuser with warm water without any soap. For best results, air dry your Diffuser before inserting back into your bottle. Please ensure to change your Diffuser every 300 liters or every three months, whichever comes first. 

  You can use a dishwasher to wash the DYLN bottle and its accessories. Please make sure to remove the Vitabead diffuser first.

• Can I put my DYLN Bottle in the freezer to cool it? + -

  We do not recommend putting your DYLN Bottle in the freezer. Water expands at freezing temperatures and may affect the structural integrity of the Bottle.

  Instead, we recommend putting ice cubes into your DYLN Bottle to keep the water cold.

• How should I store my Extra VitaBead Diffusers? + -

  Store your Extra VitaBead Diffusers in a cool and dry area.  As long as they aren't exposed to excessive heat or moisture, the Extra Diffusers will last until the next time you need them. There is no storage expiration date.

• How should I clean my VitaBead Diffuser? + -
  Using conventional dish soap may impact shorten lifespan of the VitaBeads. Instead, we recommend hand washing using just warm water and let the Diffuser completely air-dry.
  
  
  
• Testing the water pH level from your DYLN Bottle + -

  Electronic pH Meter

  Testing the pH of your water is a simple task that requires the use of a pH measuring device or solution. Using a calibrated pH test meter will provide the best results.

  pH Test Drops

  Quality pH test drops are an easy and quick way to test the pH of water. We recommend using good quality, as pH test drops can only be an indicator and will not be able to provide accurate results. Please ensure you are using appropriate pH test drops-to-water ratios and allowing enough time to pass for the water to alkalize. Results can vary based on the quality of the pH test drops.

  ph Paper Test Strips (not recommended)

  pH strips are intended and designed for measuring urine and saliva, not water or alkaline water. This is because pH test strips work by interacting with the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) in a solution. The DYLN Bottle adds very little to no TDS, so the pH measurement will always be the same before and after the water was in the DYLN Bottle when testing with strips. 

  Pool Testing Kit (not recommended)

  A pool pH testing kit is intended for testing the pH level of pool water, which typically varies between 7.0—7.6 and contains chemicals such as chlorine, sodium bisulphate and sodium carbonate. Testing alkaline drinking water with a pool pH testing kit will not give accurate or reliable results, limited to an approximate pH range of 6.0—8.0.
