I love the vita beads and the water they create, but getting them seems to be an issue. I did the subscriptions, but my account would be charged, then I would have to contact customer service. After more than a month of no product and being charged. Not sure what the delay is but more transparency would be nice. If they are out of stock atleast send an email stating such, but the purpose of subscriptions is a timed delivery, so confused as to how this happens everytime I've ordered them.
