Oxidation Reduction Potential The Oxidation Reduction Potential, or known as ORP, is a measurement of the presence of oxidizing agents in drinking water. A positive ORP indicates oxidation (aging/deterioration) potential whereas a negative ORP indicates antioxidant (anti-aging/beneficial) potential. Most tap and bottled water typically have a positive ORP. The DYLN Living Water Bottle decreases the ORP to a negative level of -150 to create antioxidant water. How does the DYLN Bottle lower the ORP? The ORP is lowered when the water interacts with the all-natural minerals that comprise the VitaBeads. ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) is a measure of the tendency of a chemical to give or receive electrons. A solution with a lower ORP has a higher tendency to give an electron. When water is alkalized, it loses a H+ ion (hydrogen ion). H+ ions only contain a proton and no electrons, so when the water loses that ion it has a greater concentration of electrons making it more prone to give an electron, thereby lowering the ORP.

We currently provide the following shipping options: DHL International Ground: 5-15 business days FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days FedEx International Economy: 3-5 business days *Shipping methods vary depending on the shipping destination. Please also note that duties, taxes and import fees—which vary by country—are not included in our international shipping costs. If applicable, these will be charged upon delivery and are the customers, or importers, responsibility. Common names of such costs: VAT TARIC Duty tax Sales tax Advancement fee If you have any questions whether any such costs exist, please check with your local customs office. DISCLAIMER for EU countries: The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes DYLN Inspired to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees DYLN Inspired may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

You may return any new, unused DYLN product within 30 days of shipping for a refund. Bottles with personalized engraving are final sale and do not qualify for a return as they are considered unsaleable. Returned items must be in perfect and unused/unopened condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 business days to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse. We are not able to accept exchanges at this time. However, we will be introducing new colors in the near future. If you would like to report a defective item, wrong item received, or place a warranty claim, please go HERE. If you would like to file a lost claim, we ask that you report to our support team within 60 days of your order ship date for consideration. Otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to file a missing item claim on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding. If you purchased your DYLN product from a store or website other than www.dyln.co, please contact them directly about a return or exchange. How to initiate a return To initiate a return, please send your bottle in the original packaging to us at: DYLN IncATTN: Returns Department15210 Fitzhugh Rd Unit 2300Austin, TX 78736 Please make sure to include your order number on the return label or inside the package. If you would like to have a return label generated for you and you are within the US, please send an email to support@dyln.co with the subject "Return Label Request" and include your order number in the email. Please note, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. *Note that each return is tested and inspected upon receipt. If a returned product shows signs of use, we are happy to ship it back and just ask for you to pay for the shipping. As a courtesy we will reach out via email and hold items for 30 business days from the date of outreach. Thereafter, on-hold items are subject to be discarded for storage purposes and are not eligible to be replaced. We thank you for your understanding.

Every DYLN Bottle is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects that interfere with, limit or prohibit the proper use of your DYLN Bottle. Our warranty is limited to manufacturer defects and does not cover dents, cosmetic damage or issues caused by incorrect use of your DYLN Bottle. If you are experiencing an issue, please submit a warranty claim. Please note that all warranty claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after your order delivery date. Any claim submissions after that may not be eligible for consideration. How to submit a warranty claim: 1. Take some clear pictures or a video of the defect and send to support@dyln.co. Please include the order number or the email address used when the order was placed. 2. Allow 1-3 days for our team to review. We may have some follow up questions via email. 3. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use that label to return the defective bottle to us.* 4. Once we receive and inspect the defective bottle, we will send out a twice-inspected replacement. If we determine there is no manufacturer defect, we will be happy to return the bottle to you. We just ask for you to pay for the shipping. *For international customers, the return of the defective bottle will be handled on a case by case basis. NOTE: We are not able to process claims that do not include pictures or a video. All returns are inspected and tested upon receipt.

U.S. Domestic Ground Shipping: Transit time is between 3 - 5 business days via, final delivery by USPS. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped using FedEx Smartpost or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipping may take up to two weeks. FedEx 2Day or Overnight: Optionally, you can upgrade to FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight to expedite the transit time of your order. Please allow one working day for us to process orders.

Electronic pH Meter Testing the pH of your water is a simple task that requires the use of a pH measuring device or solution. Using a calibrated pH test meter will provide the best results. pH Test Drops Quality pH test drops are an easy and quick way to test the pH of water. We recommend using good quality, as pH test drops can only be an indicator and will not be able to provide accurate results. Please ensure you are using appropriate pH test drops-to-water ratios and allowing enough time to pass for the water to alkalize. Results can vary based on the quality of the pH test drops. ph Paper Test Strips (not recommended) pH strips are intended and designed for measuring urine and saliva, not water or alkaline water. This is because pH test strips work by interacting with the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) in a solution. The DYLN Bottle adds very little to no TDS, so the pH measurement will always be the same before and after the water was in the DYLN Bottle when testing with strips. Pool Testing Kit (not recommended) A pool pH testing kit is intended for testing the pH level of pool water, which typically varies between 7.0—7.6 and contains chemicals such as chlorine, sodium bisulphate and sodium carbonate. Testing alkaline drinking water with a pool pH testing kit will not give accurate or reliable results, limited to an approximate pH range of 6.0—8.0.
