I cannot express how much this bottle has helped my acid reflux! It is amazing. It does a great job of keeping my water cold throughout the day. Only drawback is the taste the water gets towards the bottom from the VitaBeads. It isn't horrible but it isn't great and I usually don't drink the bottle down to the last drop.
