Lindsey Mele Scott has been dancing since the day she was born. She trained in the Cecchetti ballet method since the age of five, and her dance background extends from tap to jazz, and contemporary to pole fitness. Lindsey holds a BFA from UCLA in World Arts and Cultures-Performance Studies and minored in Classical Civilizations, and has a love for deep sea and astrobiology. Lindsey currently works in the Entertainment Industry and focuses on injury trends and reduction methods for performers and all those who support the production.
Lindsey began dappling in yoga in college in 2001, and over the last few years has developed a deep personal practice. She received her RYT200 training with True Flow Yoga and is a Reiki III Practitioner. Lindsey enjoys teaching the asana practice of yoga through a variety of music, aromatherapy, and laughter. You can find her teaching classes at Freeman Yoga in Fullerton, Hylunia Wellness MD Spa in Costa Mesa, and True Flow Yoga in Costa Mesa.
When not on the mat, you can find her rock climbing, hiking, or paddle boarding, and during the summer months, she’ll be paddling on her women’s and coed canoe teams for the annual Disneyland Resort Canoe Races!
