  Please note that if your order contains an item that is currently on pre-order, your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. If you need part of your order that is currently available, we recommend to place a separate order for more immediate shipping.
• Le DYLN Bouteille de filtrer l'eau? + -
  Le DYLN Bouteille a été conçue et développée pour améliorer l'eau en augmentant le pH et la réduction de l'ORP pour créer alcalin antioxydant de l'eau. Depuis la Bouteille ne filtre pas l'eau, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser filtrée ou de l'eau purifiée avec votre DYLN Bouteille.
• Quelles sont les VitaBeads? + -
  Le VitaBeads sont formulées pour améliorer naturellement et revitaliser votre eau. Ils sont un mélange de tout-naturel de minéraux qui augmente le pH et diminue l'ORP (Potentiel d'oxydo-Réduction) pour créer alcaline et anti-oxydante de l'eau plus efficace de l'hydratation. Le mélange exclusif est composé de magnésium, de la tourmaline, de zinc, et de la silice, qui sont chauffées à des températures de plus de 700 degrés Celsius pour créer la forme et de la forme de la VitaBeads. Ensuite, ils sont logés dans les mêmes 316 chirurgical en acier inoxydable de qualité que l'intérieur de l'Isolation DYLN Bouteille.
• Combien de temps fait chaque VitaBead Diffuser dernier ? + -
  Chaque VitaBead Diffuser durera environ 400 recharges si vous utilisez la Bouteille DYLN Originale 750mL/25.4oz et environ 315 recharges si vous utilisez le 950mL/32oz la Bouteille DYLN Isolée. C'est équivalent à la création de 300 litres d'eau alcaline !
  
  Diffusers supplémentaires commencent à 10$ chacun, avec les escomptes si vous achetez multiple. Cela apporte le prix à moins de.04$ par litre (.13$ par gallon) d'eau antioxydante alcaline !
  
  * Pour garantir l'alcalinité optimale, Diffuser devrait être remplacé après les recharges de 400/315 recommandées (selon laquelle Bouteille vous avez) ou 1 an d'utilisation, peu importe quel vient d'abord.

• Combien de temps faut-il pour alcaliniser l'eau et à combien l'augmentation du pH? + -
  Le DYLN Bouteille de début d'alcalinisation de l'eau immédiatement, et en général il faut compter environ 20 minutes pour que l'eau pour atteindre un niveau optimal de plus de 8,5 pH. Le VitaBeads sont formulées pour le pH au niveau de l'ordre de 9,5 pH, selon la source de l'eau.

  L'enregistrement de votre bouteille est la meilleure façon de garder une trace de vos recharges de sorte que vous saurez quand remplacer votre VitaBead Diffuseur. Le système vous enverra automatiquement un courriel de rappel 2 semaines avant il est temps de changer votre Diffuseur.

  Lors de l'enregistrement d'un nouveau DYLN Bouteille, vous serez invité à entrer les informations suivantes:

   

  Bouteille Code:le code de La bouteille est un code à 4 chiffres qui peut être trouvé gravé au laser sur la partie inférieure de la bouteille. Il est directement au-dessus de l'indication de la Bouteille de la taille du volume.

  Couleur de bouteille:assez Facile, vous allez sélectionner la couleur de votre DYLN Bouteille.

  Bouteille Surnom:La bouteille pseudo peut être tout ce que vous voulez! Certains des favoris que nous avons observés sont Alky, la Plie, et Chillin DYLN.

  Utilisation:Lorsque vous enregistrez votre bouteille, vous entrez dans une estimation de l'utilisation de détails pour savoir comment souvent vous prévoyez sur l'utilisation de votre bouteille. Ne vous inquiétez pas, cette info peut être modifiée ou mise à jour à tout moment. Le système utilise ces informations pour calculer quand il sera temps de changer votre VitaBead Diffuseur et vous envoie automatiquement un email de rappel.

  Comment puis-je Inscrire Mon DYLN Bouteille?

  Naviguez tout simplement à www.dyln.co/register (ou cliquez ici) et vous connecter ou de créer un nouveau compte. Puis suivez les instructions à partir de là. Si vous avez acheté la bouteille vous-même, nous vous recommandons fortement de vous connecter avec l'email utilisé lors de la commande.

  With your DYLN account you can subscribe for recurring Diffuser delivery at the frequency of your choosing, whether it be every few weeks or months. This way, you have worry-free orders that will arrive just when it's about time to replace your Diffuser. In case you need to skip a delivery don't worry, you can easily manage that in your account as well. The best part is that you get them at a special rate, and we'll cover shipping for you!

Use and Care

• Activating the DYLN Diffuser + -

  Before first use we recommend removing the VitaBead Diffuser and rinsing it for 20 seconds. Then soak it in warm water for 20 minutes, followed by letting it air dry completely overnight. Wash the bottle separately with warm water and plant-based soap if desired. Once dry, insert the Diffuser back into the bottle and you're ready to go!

  Please Note: Because of the living Nature of the VitaBeads, there will be pressure buildup within the DYLN Bottle. You may receive an occasional refreshing mist of water while opening. During the first two weeks of use, be sure to loosen the cap every few hours to release the pressure. Repeat these instructions each time you replace with a new Diffuser.

• What kind of water can I use with my DYLN? + -
  We recommend only using purified or filtered water since the VitaBead Diffuser does not filter water. However, any water you consider safe to drink, you may use with the DYLN Bottle. For example, your tap water quality may be a different drinkable standard quality depending on where you live. The DYLN Bottle will enhance any water you add to it, however, it will not filter water.
  
  As for water temperature, we do not recommend using hot or boiling water as it will decrease the lifespan of the VitaBeads. Using warm, room temperature or cold water is fine. 
• How do I know when to replace my Diffuser? + -
  The easiest way to know when to replace your Diffuser is by registering your DYLN Bottle here. Once registered, we will send you an email reminder when it's nearing time to replace your Diffuser.
• Removing and inserting the VitaBead Diffuser + -

  

  *Please note: There are two outward 'dots' on the outside of the Diffuser, which the Tool will grab onto. These Dots are at the TOP of your Diffuser and should attach to the Tool. Please ensure you correctly insert the Diffuser into your Tool before reinstalling the Diffuser in your DYLN Bottle. 

• How to clean the DYLN Bottle? + -

  To clean your DYLN Bottle, first remove the Diffuser from your bottle. The inside of the bottle and the cap can be cleaned warm soapy water—preferably plant-based soap. Let the bottle and cap air dry for the best results before using again.

  Handwash the Diffuser with warm water without any soap. For best results, air dry your Diffuser before inserting back into your bottle. Please ensure to change your Diffuser every 300 liters or every three months, whichever comes first. 

  Do not run in the dishwasher. The Insulated DYLN Bottle, including the Diffuser and the Cap, is not dishwasher safe. Dishwashers can reach high enough temperatures that it may impact the scratch-resistant paint of the exterior and compromise the insulation benefit. 

• Can I put my DYLN Bottle in the freezer to cool it? + -

  We do not recommend putting your DYLN Bottle in the freezer. Water expands at freezing temperatures and may affect the structural integrity of the Bottle.

  Instead, we recommend putting ice cubes into your DYLN Bottle to keep the water cold.

• How should I store my Extra VitaBead Diffusers? + -

  Store your Extra VitaBead Diffusers in a cool and dry area.  As long as they aren't exposed to excessive heat or moisture, the Extra Diffusers will last until the next time you need them. There is no storage expiration date.

• How should I clean my VitaBead Diffuser? + -
  Using conventional dish soap may impact shorten lifespan of the VitaBeads. Instead, we recommend hand washing using just warm water and let the Diffuser completely air-dry.
  
  
  
• Testing the water pH level from your DYLN Bottle + -

  Electronic pH Meter

  Testing the pH of your water is a simple task that requires the use of a pH measuring device or solution. Using a calibrated pH test meter will provide the best results.

  pH Test Drops

  Quality pH test drops are an easy and quick way to test the pH of water. We recommend using good quality, as pH test drops can only be an indicator and will not be able to provide accurate results. Please ensure you are using appropriate pH test drops-to-water ratios and allowing enough time to pass for the water to alkalize. Results can vary based on the quality of the pH test drops.

  ph Paper Test Strips (not recommended)

  pH strips are intended and designed for measuring urine and saliva, not water or alkaline water. This is because pH test strips work by interacting with the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) in a solution. The DYLN Bottle adds very little to no TDS, so the pH measurement will always be the same before and after the water was in the DYLN Bottle when testing with strips. 

  Pool Testing Kit (not recommended)

  A pool pH testing kit is intended for testing the pH level of pool water, which typically varies between 7.0—7.6 and contains chemicals such as chlorine, sodium bisulphate and sodium carbonate. Testing alkaline drinking water with a pool pH testing kit will not give accurate or reliable results, limited to an approximate pH range of 6.0—8.0.
