My original bottle broke within the first year and DYLN replaced it without any issues. In fact, I was given a larger size and all I paid for was a sports cap for it. Great customer service! It’s the second time I’ve had a replacement due to the same fault. No questions asked, picture provided to show fault and new bottle sent!! Thank you

Like my new 25oz bottle. I bought to replace my 20 oz bottle that I have enjoyed for a few years now.
I purchased my DYLN bottle and diffusers at my local Sprouts grocery store a couple years ago. I could not find the replacement diffuser there any more. It worked out well to order the diffuser. It was shipped promptly.
I started drinking Alkaline water for about a year now and it has helped tremendously with clearing up my kidneys properly. I am no longer taking potassium citrate to clean them.
I also have GERD and it has been more manageable ever since using DYLN water bottle. Thank you for making these bottle water that turns regular water into alkaline water. Best investment I have ever made.
Love it! I use my 33 oz bottle every day and also have a smaller one I take when out and about instead of bottled water. Changing the filter is easy!
I have had my DYLN bottle for over two years and I won't drink water from anywhere else. You can filter things out but putting alkali in is better for you and improves the taste too! I even give it to dogs and cats. I grow the best sprouts with it as well. I travel a lot and never leave home without my big teal partner.
My DYLN bottle was constantly missing when I wanted to use it. So I ordered 4 bottles as gifts. The 32 oz ones are used daily, but the 25 oz went to the girl-friend's house... so she still uses mine when she is here.... I need to hide it! I have tossed out the ancient water bottles we used before DYLN.

I am so glad to have found Dylan. I not only use my diffusers in my 1 32 oz cup, but I use them in my other SS water drinker cups and containers. I so needed to change over to this drinking substance, and Dylan was my way to do it! Dylan is a FANTASTIC company on all levels!!
